Happy Spring Break to all my Golfers! A quick update on what’s going on at Turnbull:

Driving Range Update:

All new mats have been installed in all 15 bays with new hit strips for better club/turf interaction and less jaring on your hands and wrists.

We will also be putting up new netting around the perimeter on the driving range to help the staff with balls leaving the range. This will start in the next few weeks.

Open every night till 9 pm.

Cart Barn Update

As some have seen already, construction has started on the all New Cart Barn going in on the site of the original club house. Over the next few months, an all new cart barn to hold over 80+ carts will be going up in this location. Once this Barn is completed we will be moving all carts (with all new Carts coming in December) into the new barn. A  temporary pro shop will be located there as well. At that point, construction of the new Club House will begin.

New Club House – Started

They have started on the front of the new club house, getting the new front entrances ready and windows. Will be starting on the back walls under the patios soon and then plumbing once the new cart barn is done.

New Club House will have a Larger Pro Shop, Expanded Food/Drink Menu w/ Indoor & Outdoor Seating, plus 4 Trackman Simulators!!

Above you see the Old Cart Barn and below that same building will turn into the new Club House. This new club house will expand the original club house footprint by 4 times. Giving us a larger pro shop, bigger bathrooms, an upgraded and expanded Kitchen and for the first time indoor seating with a 30 ft bar. You can see a rendering below of the outside and the expected layout of the inside. In addition, we will be installing 4 state-of-the-art Trackman Indoor Simulator Bays! These bays will be available to book by the hour and offer a unique experience only at The Preserve at Turnbull Bay!

These upgrades will give our golfers a chance to play the game they love…no matter the weather or time of day:

• 18 Holes of golf at the Preserve at Turnbull Bay
• 15 bays powered by Toptracer Range
•  All new experience of the Indoor Trackman Simulators

With more food, drinks and the best golf gear to take your game to the next level! We can’t wait to share more with you over the coming months!

New Cart paths have been completed since Dec and have been a great addition to the course for a much smoother ride and cleaner round.

Stay tuned for more information on our upcoming projects and future updates of the building process. Remember, we will be staying open the entire time during the construction, so don’t let a little construction dust keep you away. The Course will be as good as always!
