- Cart Fee is no longer included in the Pass Holder Fee, will have a seperate charge for the cart if you don’t have your own before 1 pm.
- Unlimited Driving Range is no longer included in the fee but can be added to an additional charge, 1 small bucket per round only
- We have added Range Passes for the first time with the Toptracer Range System

- We are no longer doing single month passes (Min is 3 months)
- Walking Pass Available for a 20% off the Pass Fee, pay regular cart fee if needing a cart $20/$10

**No Sharing – Range Pass Holder will be forfeited if caught sharing range balls with other guests
***All Pass Holders with Personal Carts Must Provide documentation of Insurance for Golf Cart
- Personal Cart rental space in Cart Barn (limited space available) $35 per month
- Children under the age of 18 living in the household are considered part of the family pass.
- Preserve Cart Fee for Members: 18 holes = $10.00 and 9 holes = $6.00 per person
- Passes cannot be paused: while on vacation, only here seasonally, Illness or natural phenomena
- All Annual & 3 Month Passes are paid in full at the beginning of the term and include the following.
- GHIN Handicap Membership is included in All Memberships
- Book tee times for 2 weeks out and discounts on club events
- 20% off Soft Goods (Apparel) and 10% off Hard Goods (Clubs, Balls, etc) (5% off extra if on Sale)
- 10% off All Food/Beverages including Alcohol Items and Free Coffee
- Member Guest Rate for your guests as a foursome (Larger groups get group rate)
- Toptracer Range Pass are Paid in Full at beginning of the term and Benefits Includes:
- 15% off Golf Rounds for you and 1 guest (Single) or 2 guest (Family)
- 20% off Party Packages for the range
- Taxes have not been included in any of the prices above. Tax Rate is 6.5%
- An additional 3% Fee if paying with a credit card
- No Refunds once purchased and Must Have a Valid Credit Card on File during the duration of Pass Length
- All Members agree to use 1 cart per two or 2 Carts per foursome (Additional Charge for use of an extra cart)
- We Require a credit card on file to be added to all member accounts. (Will not be charged without notice prior)
