December Newsletter: 

Happy Holidays to all my Golfers! A quick update on the Holiday Schedule:

Christmas Eve: Tee Times 7 am – 4 pm. Range closes at 6 pm.

Christmas Day: Tee Times 8 am – 2 pm. Course and Range Close at 5pm.

Regular Hours for New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Cart Paths are now Paved!

Florida Paving is finishing up the last section on Hole 10 today 12/16 and all 18 holes will be completed. The edges will be cleaned up over the next month or two and new sod to be added in some of the old areas no longer being used and around the carts path edges starting in the Spring.  We thank everyone for there understanding who played during this last month while this work was being completed.

Next: New Cart Barn Foundation Finished

As some have seen already, construction has started on the all New Cart Barn going in on the site of the original club house. Over the next few months, an all new cart barn to hold over 80+ carts will be going up in this location. Once this Barn is completed we will be moving all carts (with all new Carts coming in December) into the new barn. A  temporary pro shop will be located there as well. At that point, construction of the new Club House will begin.

Larger Pro Shop, Expanded Food/Drink Menu w/ Indoor & Outdoor Seating, plus 4 Trackman Simulators!!

Above you see the Old Cart Barn and below that same building will turn into the new Club House. This new club house will expand the original club house footprint by 4 times. Giving us a larger pro shop, bigger bathrooms, an upgraded and expanded Kitchen and for the first time indoor seating with a 30 ft bar. You can see a rendering below of the outside and the expected layout of the inside. In addition, we will be installing 4 state-of-the-art Trackman Indoor Simulator Bays! These bays will be available to book by the hour and offer a unique experience only at The Preserve at Turnbull Bay!

These upgrades will give our golfers a chance to play the game they love…no matter the weather or time of day:

  • 18 Holes of golf at the Preserve at Turnbull Bay
  • 15 bays powered by Toptracer Range
  •  All new experience of the Indoor Trackman Simulators

With more food, drinks and the best golf gear to take your game to the next level! We can’t wait to share more with you over the coming months!

November 2025 Newsletter – Exciting Changes are Happening!!!!

The Preserve at Turnbull Bay

November 2025 Newsletter 

It’s been a CRAZY last few years at The Preserve with lots of changes, updates, improvements and disasters along the way. Some of those you may know, like the addition of the Covered Driving Range Bays powered by Toptracer and the Outdoor Bar and Patio area. Some others you may not be aware of, like a brand new and upgraded pump station for our irrigation system and new equipment to better maintain the course.

Then came the Club House Fire in April of 2023, where we lost everything in that building. It was a rough few days but one thing was for sure that this was not going to stop us. Miraculously, we were able to get back open in 5 days and haven’t looked back since thanks to all of our employees, members and golfers who stayed and supported us during that difficult time.

Now after two and a half long years since that fire, we are finally able to start building our new clubhouse. We want to share with you a few details of that project, as well as other course improvements.

The Preserve will remain open during the entire building of the new club house and cart barn, but please pardon our dust!

We’re excited to announce 

Paved Cart Paths are Coming!!

Starting this week, Florida Paving will start upgrading our shell cart paths to asphalt carts paths. These paths will start just before the green and take you past the next tee and drop you off at the fairway of the next hole. This will continue throughout the course. They will be doing this over the next month or two and be completed before the end of the year. We will be open while they work on the paths and will updated if we will be only 9 holes during the week (may play same 9 twice for 18). Stay tuned for updates!! This has been one of the most requested improvements since we purchased the Turnbull Bay back in 2011, and we ar

e excited to complete this project for our guests.
